ReplyDeleteAbout Schmidt is an uncomfortably entertaining movie. It reminds me of something my granny told me years ago. She said “laugh it up funny boy, in the end everybody gets old, fat and ugly.” Maybe she lifted that sage bit of advice from a movie or book, but as far as I know, it is an original granny-ism.
I'm not sure I've seen this movie. But Nicholson is a genius. I love his acting.
