Hello World

DID YOU KNOW; my old blog still gets an average of 6 readers a day? Who is reading my blog? I know I get an average 50-100 hits a day here. Typically half of these originate in the USA. What surprises me is that I have more readers in Singapore-Malaysia (15%) than in my own country (10%)!! About 8% come from Canada. But hardly anyone from Australia or New Zealand, which really puzzles me because I have a strong affinity for Aussies. A lot of my family live in the environs of Sydney. Only an accident of fate (or, to tell the truth; beaurocracy) prevented me from being born out there.

As for my blog, I'm puzzled as to who some of my serial visitors are. Who are you in Marina Del Ray, CA? Who is it in Knoxville Tennessee? How did you all find my blog? I know I sometimes drop a little "why don't you drop by" teaser when I'm off bloghopping on tipsy weekend nights -- but that cannot account for everyone ...
