Ridding

I GOT RID OF ALL MY NEEDLES. I cleared two drawers full of drug-rubble. The towerblock-shaped yellow sharps bin is full. I filled three smaller bins with more needles. I'm determined to clear as much as I can today, but I feel tired and basically ill. I need more energy.

I have one drawer to go but it has more "normal" stuff in it. I hate dealing with drug paraphernalia, as it makes me think of drugs.

Literally everything I have that I don't need is going. Like I say I do need more energy because I'm exhausted already. But I'm not giving up. I'm fed up of living in a dump.

  1. Good for you. I know how you feel. I haven't properly cleaned my house out for 10 years while I ran my business and many things have piled up. I've tackled a couple areas and wondered at the things I held on to. Why?

  2. When we can create some order out of chaos in our physical surroundings, it can do the same for our souls. I believe that. The eye needs a restful place to fall for the soul to be in any peace.
    Good for you!

  3. Jeannie: I can imagine how your house looks ~ really characterful with lots of books and magazines in spilling piles... is that it? That's what mine will look like AFTER the worst has been tidied. Presently it looks like a bomb hit it

MsMoon: I need ORDER. For once!

I bet you feel better already.
Gives you a sense of restfulness when things are a little tidied up.

  6. I've done not as much as I wanted to. But I'm still going. I might stay up all night if I have to. If I get on a roll I will do. I wrote another post that will appear in about 83 mins time that is more negative but I mean it, I wish I could engage. I don't want to be homeless but why can't I do things properly like normal people I just do not understand myself. My inner parent who is bossing a stupid child about really despairs, honestly
