Someone once said that one about Madonna: "she was the sort of person who would take a short-cut through a cemetary at midnight" and I once lived in a house backing on to a cemetary. So I took midnight short cuts all the time. Thinking of Madonna (True Blue baby I love you) some of the time.

ReplyDeleteRisperidone an antipsychotic. With maybe a mood stabilizer on top. But at the moment I'm just on the antipsychotic. It blocks out the schizziness.
ReplyDeleteApparently most bipolars don't get as much paranoia until they're right high up; I get mine on the foothills then I feel like pure energy at the top.
That might never happen again though, I can't take anything for granted.
Wow, Gled, I had to look that one up. I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but at least you know where you stand and what treatment there is for you condition.

DAMN. My niece is schizoaffective disorder with bi-polar.
ReplyDeletekeep taking the meds. if you go off them, you WILL have a psychotic episode. not pretty.
the meds actually do help. eventually. it takes a good 3 months for them to work right, and eventually you will feel mornal, whatever in the fuck that is.
i will keep up.

no but they sound the way i feel but i appreciate your comment, it is just a descriptive name. if it's not that it's bipolar, like i knew all along (bipolar as in 2 poles, I knew that)... bipolar is more dinner-party friendly so i told 1 person who knows nothing about mental health it was bipolar and i told another person who IS schizoaffective but unipolar i said it's same as you, 2 poles
