Shetland Donkies

... little trotter donkies ...

FURRY FRIDAY ON SATURDAY

... officially known as Shetland Ponies ...

... these are the tiniest trotters in the United Kingdom ...

... noted for their distinctive manes ...

... these little trotters are tiny enough to become household pets ...

... in times of old Shetlands worked as pit-ponies, dragging multi-tonne weights, so a grown man is no problem ...

... usually, however, they prefer lighter loads ...

WISHING Y'ALL A CHEERFUL TROTTER WEEKEND

... AND DON'T FORGET TO VIEW TODAY'S OTHER TWO POSTS; BETTY FORD AND WATCH THE BIRDIE ...

  2. Hey GW, my other blog got hijacked, you can delete it.

Your comment raised interesting points; I'll answer them next week, OK. I will say this, you sound like you are more willing to take control of your life. Instead of letting life push you along. You have come some way since I last read you. I'm so glad you are well!

My son used Suboxone, and it got him off a 10 year habit. He is doing great! I highly recommend it.

    Here's my post on it:

PS wouldn't those horses shit all over the house. Or do you Brits say "shat"

  3. Shat is the past participle of the verb "to shit". I think it was originally coined as a comic cognate to sit/sat.

I'm thinking of Subutex/Suboxone (I don't really care which but I'd rather Subutex purely because I don't want to take ANY unnecessary chemical and naloxone is unnecessary ~ I injected Subutex once purely out of anger and it was a total waste of time. If I were motivated enough to be on Subutex I'd never bother injecting again. It comes on as quickly as an IM injection and I've no veins.
Your old blog got hijacked? What do you mean? I couldn't get through to you but I thought you'd restricted it and forgotten to tell me...

I look forward to those answers :-)

  4. Cute little ponies but they can be mean tempered. The only time I got kicked was by a Shetland pony.

  5. Mean tempered? REALLY? And they look so cute!

I remember feeding Dartmoor Ponies. They were lovely. Very hardy. They live outdoors in all weathers. Snow, rain, hail, vicious sunshine without ever needing to be stabled. I really admire an animal like that...
