I couldn't watch it all. I can't stand Madonna and I didn't like MJ that much either. Sure he was talented but that doesn't give him the right to act inappropriately. (Even if he didn't have sex with kids, his behaviour would never have been acceptable in anyone else) He had the money to get a lot of therapy but chose to go the self destructive route.
His childhood was very unfortunate but many people have unfortunate childhoods and do not become bizarre caricatures of human beings. He was not a hero.
The baguettes look very yummy indeed ! I found Madonna's speach very nice and listened until the end. I don't agree with Jeannie at all. He had an awful life being a genius. I never believed this child abuse crap and was rather very angry about the American press ! To pull people through dirt they are great, we felt the same when the Clinton "scandal" happened ! all bigots !
I agree with Jeannie about the MJ debacle and I could care less about that old bat Madonna.
Now I am hungry. Craving warm bread and coffee...ho hum.
That bread looks great. Hang in there Gleds.
I can smell that hot bread and coffee from here. I enjoyed your visit to London central, I can imagine hearing all those foreign tourist voices giving you a buzz for traveling, it's infectious that sense of going somewhere. Smiles*!*
Hi, Gleds. Yoummy photo! As for Madonna, it's easy to be wise in retrospect.
