I know that I have trouble sleeping when I have a tonne of things floating through my brain. Trick is to learn how to compartmentalize so you don't get overwhelmed...
If ya really want to sleep go check out all the things that aren't happening on my blog. Don't tell me if it works for ya - that would just hurt my feelings...
Hope you find your floaty place soon. Zzzzzzzz.
Try horlicks but don't take drugs! Hope sleep comes soon.
Water brings sleep ; a shower, a wet compress on the head and chest, washing things manually (clothes, dishes).

If you find a workable solution, please pass it on to me. OK?
I sleepz curleded upz in a nice warmz cupboradz. OK? It be bery nice place to sleepz.
I heard that hot baths really do bring on sleep... esp. if you sleep in a COLD ROOM (no electric blankets or anything like that)... it's the drop in core body-temp that sends you off...
